The Pre-Dawn Alignment
Wake before the sun. This is non-negotiable. The sun hasn't set your frequency yet, which means your cells are in a receptive state. Lie still for two minutes and think about your mitochondria. Thank them.
Open your bedroom window to let the "morning field" enter the room. Do not use a fan. Fans disrupt the field. We learned this from a podcast that no longer exists but felt very credible at the time.

The Cellular Awakening
Begin with 4 drops of your chosen frequency tincture under the tongue. Hold for 60 seconds while visualising your cells receiving the frequency. Do not swallow immediately. The sublingual capillaries need time to process the vibration.

⏱ 6:20am — The Movement Phase
The Somatic Release
Move your body for exactly 11 minutes. Not 10. Not 12. Eleven. This is the number of spiritual awakening and your lymphatic system responds to numerological cues in ways science hasn't confirmed yet but will, we think, eventually.
Shake your limbs gently. This is called "Neurogenic Tremoring" and is either a trauma release technique or just shaking your arms. Either way, it feels like something is happening, which is the point.

The Elemental Grounding

Born from a Breakdown in Bali
In 2019, Billy Baxter was a perfectly ordinary marketing consultant in Swindon. Then he went to Bali for a week's holiday and came back four months later with eleven new beliefs, no savings, and an idea.
She had discovered something on that trip: people feel much better when they spend money on themselves and call it self-care. The products didn't have to do anything extraordinary. The ritual mattered. The belief mattered. And crucially, the branding mattered enormously.
Baxter's Magic Beans was born. Named partly as an inside joke, and partly because "people don't question beans," which Billy maintains is a genuine philosophical position and not just something he said once at a dinner party that accidentally became the brand strategy.
We now ship to 14 countries, have 12,000 monthly customers, and our founder has been on two podcasts you've definitely heard of.
